Mr Peter Hughes is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in surgery of the shoulder and elbow. He holds a Consultant post as an upper limb surgeon at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust working at both Royal Preston and Chorley Hospitals. He also sees patients at Euxton Hall Hospital, Renacres Hall Hospital and Fulwood Hall Hospital and has been a pioneer in developing shoulder arthroscopy within these units. He is a member of the British Shoulder and Elbow Society and is actively involved in orthopaedic and surgical training
